Thanks Coach Herzog, It was a great weekend, so much fun competing against the guys from the other schools, I havent competed in a long time and it was a great way to knock the rust off!

First off congrads to Rob on the blue belt! I wanted to say thank you to everyone that came I had a great time meeting everyone. Sorry I didn't get a chance to roll. Ill make up for it next time. I thought the stuff we covered was great, a lot of it fit right into my style. Lastly Jeff, you looked great man you had a nice tournament. Can't wait for the next one!

Yeah i agree with the rolling, was just hard to do saturday with the 8man, and having to rush out to scotts party. And everyone was either shot or had to leave to travel home on sunday. we'll figure it out for the next one. I'm thinking Octoberish.

I'm down with another one in Rochester. It's actually really bad for me distance-wise, but I think it's a good midpoint for a lot of people.
Well the Seminar instruction has paid off. Coach Landry brought the Ghost escape to the Peterborough Moon and we got to rep it in a couple variations for most of the class last night. It's a great escape, and very smooth. Easy to pull off in practice. I will need more reps with it before I probably manage to pull it off in a live roll, but it feels smooth and applicable.
