How do you mean? There are A LOT of options in your profile for email subscriptions. You can change your profile so that the site emails you after you comment on a post...and I think it is possible to get daily and weekly updates rather getting 100 emails a day.

You can also select "subscribe to this thread and notify" to a thread under "go advanced" when you start a thread or reply to one.:D
