Trailer Park Boys - Absolutely hysterical.
Entourage - Classic show, but if you love it like I did the series finale will piss you off to no extent.
The Shield - The start of FX's amazing run of dramas.
Rescue Me - One of the only series that was really awesome from beginning to end (The Shield, too).
Nip/Tuck - Awesome series, but I'd recommend only watching the first four seasons. The way season four ends, you'll be satisfied enough to say, "OK, I can make up my own story of what they did from there."
