Eddie tweeted today that Metamoris 3 will be back to the original format i.e. no finish = draw. There will be no judges in the next event. Hopefully this become a permanent change.

Cool, I could go either way with the judges.
Going back to the pay for subs debate, maybe they should offer a submission bonus like the UFC but standard for all submissions finishes.
Maybe even extra incentive to be impressive by adding a submission of the night bonus for the most exciting submission finish.
Good point; I hadn't considered that. Glad to hear they're scrapping the judges. It sounds like that really made a difference in the overall aggressiveness of the competitors.Quote:
