So they cannot wear the shorts type, they MUST be briefs? Wow. Seems like IBJJF has enough obscure ridiculous rules at hand that at anytime, if they don't like you, they can find SOMETHING to DQ you with.

I too roll no-gi with compression fit leggings. If this is true, it's the most absurd rule I've heard yet. It wouldn't change my game at all to just not wear the leggings, but mentally it might be a little different.
