Can anyone tell me a bit about the bendability classes?
Is there a good way of getting from LA to Long Beach? Bus? Train?
Yay!! This is going to be amazing!!! The JJ pack is everything, The KK pack is no jiu jitsu, only yoga and bendablility. Bendability is pretty much how it sounds, increasing your flexibility. Amy is a contortionist and teaches stretch @Legends. Its pretty cool. You guys can always pm me or e-mail me at 10thplanetcruise.com if you have any questions or need help with anything.
Ill be in LA a day before the cruise so I was wondering is everyone going to meet up somewhere or maybe I can come by HQ to see the place :)
