Might be late but figured i'd post this up anyway. I have completed the program twice. Once to drop weight then again to gain. THe program is cardio based, but the Plyo workouts you do will make you stronger (useable strength). Good luck on finishing it up. If you need anything hit me up or look my up on facebook :)
