How I felt about my 1st training day at...supposably 10th planet hamilton NZ

Yesterday we re-opened our club "Fighter Factory" and a bunch of my guys are entering a grappling competition on Saturday so I went over some guard passes and we worked on some Marcelo Garcia setups (far side armbar, to north/south choke to near armbar to north/south choke) I broke down in 3 parts and then we went on rolling. We've been focusing on our top game and wrestling ( We've go a multiple times national champ and multiple Oceania champ coach) lately due to the competition being only 3 minute long matches

Eddie has met Andrew at the seminar so he knows. You guys should chill two seconds before busting my nuts !!! Check your facts first!
ANYWAYS that random guy that "strolled in" is actually a blue belt that competes and has been training for a long time. He got there a bit late due to work so the guy knows what he was doing! LOL

Last night there was 10 people on the mat ranging from a total beginner to a pro MMA fighter and they all had a blast!

Nobody's safety was at risk! Even little 120lbs girls train with us so WTF people...

I've got national champs in wrestling, pro MMA fighters, average Joes, seasoned jiu jitsu competitors from different clubs training with me and NONE I repeat NONE of them ever complained about my classes! My training methods and classes have been the same since day one!

That's what we do. You guys are far too happy to jump on the hate wagon!

Dude calm down nobody is busting "Your" nuts because nobody new it was you. First John, great videos! I like how you used Eddie's best tracks too! This guy really needs Gracie University. A Gracie Garage is the best he should hope for... He wants a Mcdojo, somewhere they don't roll... The Gracie's will let him get a belt online and everyone will be happy. 10th Planet is competition based, while Gracie online academy is tech memorization. Different strokes for different folks. Eitherway if he goes to a Gracie school he will still be expected to roll ;)

YAYA!! Half an hour later & a few "polite" words exchanged with the computer in my quest to register myself on here simply so I can comment on the whole "Andrew versus fighter factory Hamilton saga"... Firstly, I don't wrestle or grapple or anything like that. I train with Fighter Factory for fitness so I can keep up with my 8 kids LOL. I've seen what goes on at Fighter factory as my 2 teenage sons attended a few BJJ classes, they had no training ever in any kind of martial arts previously!! At all times they were safe! they came home with a few bumps & moans, but this was what is expected in contact sport... As learners they were coached properly, effectively & SAFELY!! & the only reason they stopped BJJ was because the hot, sweaty bodies grossed them out LMAO! But they still continue to attend the Fighter Factory fitness classes & we stay to watch for a bit after our workout! I have seen the u-tube thread that Andrew has posted & read all the comments regarding his thoughts, & quite frankly for someone that claims to have 5 years of martial arts training, teaches martial arts at the local university & is a blue belt I think Andrew you need to take a big cup of harden the F#%K up, everyone involved in any type of contact sports has injuries! You chose to continue with the sport, you put your body under that stress... if you can't handle it!! Then don't do it!! Also Andrew did you not stop to think that before slandering a good gym & teacher internationally, that maybe the better wiser man would have approached the teacher during or after class? Not only have your actions screamed dishonorable, childish & thoughtless but you have put some very good people in a difficult position that they have no reason to be in!! Lose the ego!!

That's only the videos we are allowed to use. We've got a bunch of MMA fights videos but the organization is trying to cut a deal with a TV channel so they want us to keep the footage private

andrew ho is rubbish he has been training online for the past 3 years and has the worst fitness ive ever seen he can only roll for 3 rounds and claims arm bar is a low percentage move... nuf said.
