well it seems like youre going through teh system, its fair to pretty much al parties and in the end it might make hima better person. the best way is not always or not even usually the easiest way. and now no one can argue than you havnt done anythign and everything you can to help this kid onto the right track.

But it is true what everyone is saying, one bad apple can ruin the class for everyone else. Hopefully you can get this guy out of there sooner rather than later.
