Your thoughts? I understand the side of those who are anti TSA, but I like to ask this questions of those who are anti TSA: Would you be willing to board a flight, on a regular basis, that did not have any TSA screening? If so, maybe we need a new airline for those who do not want the TSA screening. Good luck finding pilots to fly those planes.
There is a balance between protecting our liberties and our safety. Everyone has an opinion about how much liberty they are willing to give up for what level of security, and no matter how it is balanced, some will say its wrong. I don't mind TSA officials doing 'in what my opinion is a minimally invasive' search of me, my wife, and my kids for our safety. He said the searches are a joke, but I disagree. Of course a well organized and funded group can still take down a plane, but TSA has stopped at least one attack and and an unknown number of attacks that would have been attempted if TSA wasn't doing the searches. This guy believes that TSA being able to search is part of a plot by "The Government" to dominate us and take away all of our freedoms, pensions, and property. I think its a far jump to go from the government trying to balance our safety and liberties, to trying to take everything away from us.
I'm sorry, did you just call other people immature when you claim to train at Al-Qaeda JuJitsu?
hippie pricks never respect authority.
In the past the courts have ruled in favor of segregation as well.
My thoughts exactly.
Well we don't know what happened to these dangerous criminals once the cops successfully kicked all the cameras out of there, including the press. Wait a minute, isn't there something called freedom of speech? Or was that freedom of the press?
On this we agree!
I hate to admit it, but I actually agree with you for once :)
