I'll definitely come by if I make the trip next wknd. BBOY??? No idea what it is, but I'll give it a try in my leg brace! I may even be walking without crutches by then. Hell, they didn't stop me from tying up Josh Barnett in my rubber guard last Sun! How bad can BBOY be??? ;)

A b-boy (aka break-boy aka bronx-boy) is a male dancer who practices breaking or b-boying, the original hip-hop dance style, commonly known as "breakdancing." B-girl refers to a female who practices breaking, and the term breaker is gender neutral.

Practice or practise (verb form in British English) is the act of rehearsing a behavior over and over, or engaging in an activity again and again, for the purpose of improving or mastering it, as in the phrase "practice makes perfect".

hi im very new to the jui jitsu world i grew up training a few years in karate do and want to get into 10th planet in san diego

Hey Esteban, ive been training with these freaks for about 5 months now, and im 28 with zero prior grappling experience and was completely over weight and out of shape. Ive lost almost 40 pounds now and love learning from these guys. 10th planet vista, in name, i believe is kind of in a transitionary period, and is running out of a new location in oceanside by the name of Spartan Elite MMA, all the same great teachers and people, just new location. The martinez bros are also opening a new southern SD county 10th planet which will be open Jan 3rd i believe. Hope this information helps you out. See you on the mats ;)

I get very jealous seeing the jits by the beach that Ryan puts on facebook every week especially as we are in the middle of winter here in Melbourne. Vista looks like an awesome place to train, one day I hope to get there and experience the freakuency.
