Tried to order mine, but it asks for a local jurisdiction (under the check box for same shipping address), and the list only goes up to "M". It wont let me leave it blank. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?

I ordered mine but was wondering if this is going to include extra material like the Mastering The Rubber Guard DVD such as the music videos, Joey Karate and Punkd segments? Those were my favorite parts of the other set
