Ahhhh I missed that post originally. That just gave me an "aha" moment!

I've decided this choke will be the reason I take home gold in my next comp. The other competitors might as well just not show to be honest..... Haha, beautiful technique, man!
Thanks ben and geo
much respect and props
Still trying hard to get that Hindulotine but still not quite getting it. Nailing that triangle at a high percentage. One of the ones I got last night I left the Hindu arm in there with the triangle so it ended up like a gag reflex triangle.
Also did you hear Jeff Glover is playing with that Hindulotine now?
Brilliant! So gonna try it out at the gym tonight. :D
At the risk of sounding like a glutton.... any more Hindu/Gun Control videos out there? I'm itching for more of this awesomeness.
What exactly is the problem with the choke? Are they just keeping their chin down and defending it well or are you not able to find it even when they posture? Its a palm to palm grip. I've even finished it with just a few fingers holding on. The key is raising your elbows as high as you can once you have a grip. You have to get a real feel for the choke though. I mainly hit the triangle at first too.
Yea, if you leave the arm in while you dead orchard the arm it becomes a choke before you even use the arm bar.
Hadn't heard, was that on the podcast?
Are you following me on instagram? #jesushadamoustache - I upload 15 sec clips of various RG moves on there from time to time.
I was putting together a video with a bunch of new moves but then I broke my arm before I finished it so that will have to wait.
Back and forth between Hindu control and Gunshow control is a full game and I want to show a lot more details to it. They really compliment each other well as if one isn't there, the other one is. That and rubber guard entries as the whole game now is just getting into full guard.
I think what my issue is they bury their head in my chest so I cant dig my hand in enough to get them clasped together. I really appreciate you taking the time to trouble shoot my issues. And yes that was on EBR where Jeff was on it. He said he was hitting it now because it was so awesome and innovative
Haha, that's awesome. I haven't listened to it yet.
Are you digging in with your free hand? Yea if he is really hiding his head and neck well then you have to just threaten dead orchard, triangle, stocks, 100%. The nice thing about those threats is that the defense to practically all of them is to posture and when they do you go back to the choke. If you just can't find anything then I usually switch to gunshow while I have hindu in (I release the hindu control when I get the Gunshow hand in).
Also if you have the flexibility, you can go crackhead in hindu control and that really adds a lot of pressure for the attacks.
No problem, I'm sure others are finding the same issues.
I like this, but would it be fair to say that it is a game more applicable to those with long limbs? I know the Dead Orchard Game is much easier if you have long legs (thighs) and Eddie has said he struggles to lock Triangles. I guess the longer your limbs the less pressure you are going to be putting on your own ankle and father you can sit back? (should say I haven't tried out the position, just going by the video and basing my assessment on having seen people try playing Dead Orchard).
I'm having problems finishing the Hindulotine - mainly because I don't understand the mechanics of the finish
(I tried lifting my elbows up as high as possible, but am not getting anything).
Is it supposed to end up as a gag reflect choke, or a blood choke (i.e. squeezing the sides of the neck)?
