Cannabis Facts Anyone?

I couldn't put it better myself. As for my wife's research project well she's doing her thesis on primary insomnia and dreams so maybe when she's done her doctorate and when it's legal here. I wouldn't be surprised marijuana becomes legal here in Quebec first in Canada. We are usually the first or the last to do things like that... We were the last once to not allow people to smoke cigarettes in public places like restaurants and clubs.

Anyone know more about this? I thought I read somewhere else that it does have more chemicals than cigs but people dont get lung cancer for some reason. Have u guys found anything else? What do u think Herzog?

LOL what? Tar in joints? Never heard of that. Never heard of any unnatural chemicals in weed either.

LOL. Well it must be the weakest form of lung cancer know to man, as there are ZERO recorded deaths related to cannabis use. It amazes me the claims "new sites" make. Where are these recorded lung cancer deaths related to cannabis use? Mortality rate is high in later stages of lung cancer, It would be the biggest argument against cannabis if this were true.

"Lung cancer is the most common cancer worldwide, accounting for 1.37 million deaths annually. Cancer accounted for 7.6 million deaths annually, or about 13 percent of the total worldwide deaths." From the American lung association.

Now if the above statement were true its seems like the anti-weed campaign would be having a fucking field day if this were true as it would be a large contributor to the worlds most dangerous form of cancer.

Smoking (Combustion) of anything can produce carcinogens and tar. However in this day and age that concern can be avoided. I.E. the huge vaping trend.

In case of joints, it also depends on the type of rolling papers being used as well. Like John said, its really a mute issue now anyways vaporizers are the way to go.

I believe ground source Radon gas exposure is a major cause of Lung Cancer in North America as well.

It sucks that you didn't watch the doc i posted it had studies you could have goggled.

It cannot cause psychosis, it can trigger psychotic episode in people with preexisting mental conditions. Usually they have a history or family history of illness like schizophrenia.
