good stuff Jon. 40 mins is a long long time to roll in comp, I can't imagine. I saw a chance at the twister there just before you slapped on the rnc, did you think about it or just grab the rnc. again good stuff

This was at intermediate and a US Grappling event. Twisters were/are illegal.
