you cant possibly think that a local news story about a guy that claims to have collected stuff in a jar is evidence? Anyway I think there levels were off, seems they were looking at allowable levels in the air not in sludge. If he had filmed the stuff falling from the sky and himself collecting it and sealing it then this would be more interesting but still not really reliable evidence.

there is an easy to understand scientific explanation for this, (I couldn't see any sprayers)
moisture is not evenly distributed through the air for several reasons. Sometimes, when conditions are right we can see the water vapor in the patches of high moisture condense. We call those clouds. The irregular distribution of moisture is there even when conditions are not right for precipitation into liquid state ie clear skies. When a plane flies through the sky it can hit these patches (basically invisible clouds) and adds moisture, producing a control, in the lower moisture areas it does not. Science, baby!

Could just be flying through an area with borderline conditions for forming contrails. What reason would they have to turn them on and off if it were attempting to spray an area.Quote:

There could be quite a few reasons the sprayers were turned on and off.
The question I have is why are military aircraft criss crossing over LA covering the sky with artificial clouds. That's the real question.
Still need someway to actually show;
1. that these are military aircraft
2. that planes are flying in flight pattern that do not match expected air traffic.
the artificial clouds part has a sound explanation already.
