This is good stuff. 10thP Portland doing big things. Great quality video and instruction. So much that I'm loving in every video.
this technique is so bad ass. thanks for sharing. How do you think this technique translates into MMA? any options to throw strikes to soften up the opponent?
It now is my strongest deadzone. Didn't see that comin.
Can't wait to get more of this in my game, In Geo's seminar here in chicago this last weekend he showed us alot of rolling kimura/superman kimura/ultra kimura techs that lead into reverse spider web and some details and finishes on it. Super legit.
I really want to start playing with this dead zone.
looks absolutely amazing. im going to work it into my omoplata game im working on. i feel this will change my game aswell.
question for phil, with the reverse omoplata, can they forward roll out of it? i can see the foot on hip stopping that but i dunno it still seems riskier than the other subs but i really like this and i was just wondering what counters youve had when doing it and how you work around them.
awesome stuff guys. thanks for evolving the game
I don't have a lot of reps in yet, but how are you preventing them from rolling? I know I'm missing something, just haven't figured it out yet. Might just be the guys are that much stronger/bigger than me and I'm not able to leg curl enough.
That stuff looks awesome. Definetly gonna drill this at trainin soon
