What's the mission statement and objective. Are we trying to get a foot hold and bring stability back or are we just trying to survive?
That makes what and how we organize very different. Additionally, id say we need to go through MDMP and develop at least three courses of action for each potential situation and possible location for said events. Furthermore, you'd have to develop NAIs and track activities to establish which Course of action is coming to fruition on D Day so we can revert to that mission...just sayin :)

Ok, it sounds like Kevin is def gonna be one of the leaders of the clan. We got alot of planning to do, but initially the plan is to survive and ad as many 10th planet soldiers as possible. Strength in numbers.

I think survival of the clan will be the most we will hope to do.

Just got thinkin.... we need more chicks. Eddie make sure Lux brings a bunch of friends.LOL.

what will we do if the polls shift? that's one of the theories of 2012 that the world will flip its axis and warm climates become cool and vice versa. could cause some problems gotta have all bases covered

We should fallow the Navy Seal Mission Plan. KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid. The more simple and straight forward the plan, less chance for error. I think that fits here perfectly. since we don't know for sure what we are facing, We have to pick one general plan that will work for multiple situations.
