Torn MCL and Meniscus...suggestions
Well guys...just in time for Eddie's seminar and Gracie tournament in El Paso I've fucked my knee proper. Looks like I'm out of Gracie Worlds too. But that just comes with the sport, right? Anyway, I'm wondering about how to keep up my cardio and skills during the potential 6 month surgery recovery time. Is that even possible? I still plan on attending practice and all the tournaments just to increase my fight HQ...but I know my flexibility is going to be shot for a while. I dont know how long it will be before I can get back into some sort of training. Anybody have experience here? Can I still train upper body as long as its not standing or putting pressure on the leg? Any suggestions for cardio? I imagine a pool is a possibility in a few weeks.
