PGL (pro grappling league)

I dig the pgl, sick matches

Yeah I really like the format. Three 3 min. rounds with a 1 minute break in between so the fighters need to get to work fast. No points and the only way to win is submission only or win a judges decision (3 judges score the rounds just like in MMA).

Just announced today that Gabby will be the first female to compete on the PGL card in April in a superfight against Jen Lofaro. Training camp starts monday.

Awesome, we will def try and make that and show support, We tried to go to the last one but couldnt find the place. Me and Holland were losing it, we drove around for like two hours. :(

Hey maybe im a dumb ass but how do you get the logos of vista and philly to come up when you post and hows everything brotha, We miss ya.

hey zach that would be awesome if you guys made it down. if you want tickets we should have them in a week or two. its at camden county technical school in sicklerville this time around. gab got lost going there too when she had to get pics an do radio interview etc. she eventually ran out of gas an was an hour late. they all call her nick diaz now...lol.

I miss you guys too man. I just saw the 80 something pics you uploaded on fb, fucking sick! Ill be back in 2 weeks bro first thing I'm doing is heading over there with my brother to get some killer training in. I've been talking to everybody at Vista about 10th Planet Allentown.
