New MASTERING THE SYSTEM episode is the last episode on the UK tour, 10th Planet Darlington is where this one takes place with moon head Luke Randell. Although tweaks have been made recently, the latest warm up series is unveiled plus my favorite pressure pass, "the shoulder smash pass" and my favorite counter to the capoeira pass.
