SEVERAL Charts had 8 man brackets, including the Women's Divisions! - We had a solid turnout, and are really looking forward to putting together another event. Had a TON of positive feedback, and are getting urged to continue hosting. EVERYONE LOVED THE SUB-ONLY FORMAT! :)

Huge thank you to Greg W and his crew for coming down and participating. We had some of the state's elite competing! It was AWESOME!

Blue Belt Michael Cruz submitted Purple Belt Dan Berry (NAGA Champion) in the finals, Dave Hamp submitted a Pro Fighter to earn Gold, Jose Prieto subbed 2 Blue Belts, Brendan Ertman landed a flying triangle, Ron Smith with a flying Arm Bar, and Jannika Ryan (JD) was running a rubber guard clinic! Double bagging and holding Champion (Pro fighter) Kelly Warren from Jackson's in Albuquerque off longer than anyone else in the division! Not to mention Autumn Hale, and Gabe Couch each landed some slick knee bars!

It was a GREAT turnout Kurzy! :) Everyone seemed to have a blast. Nothing but positive feedback.
We're shooting for possibly January for the next one Vincent. Hopefully you guys can attend. Goal is to start a submission only circuit, crowning end of the year champions. With the quality of competition that were involved in the 1st one, I only see it going up hill from here!
