It's black belt level so I don't see how it couldn't be legal
Eddie has brought it up a few times on his Podcast, so I would bet on it.
Lets hope, Its illegal in most IBJJF tournaments, and I think it may even be illegal in Abu Dhabi at the black belt levels.. Its so unfortunateQuote:
