That's what I use. and its what I recommend to my students. Nothing worse than getting twisted up with a cup that doesn't twist at least a little. Don't have to go into detail there.
You get what you pay for. Shock doctor makes some top of the line stuff. I wear shock doctor as does everyone at 10th Planet Beaumont.
A lot of the tournament wont allow the cup so I ditched it. It's like having an iPhone with out a protective case.Quote:

I'm a big fan of my Shock Doc.
Shock doctor is where it's at. As far as tournaments that don't allow it might as well protect what ya got when you can. One knee in the sack can ruin your whole night. Lol
I originally got the shock doc cup that you put in the boxer/brief style shorts. I couldn't even make it through half a class before I took it out. Go with the regular strap style.
