I hear ya.
i love conditioning videos in the morning .
On a side note, his DVD has incredible gi jiu jitsu... but every single move is highly complicated & REQUIRES grabbing sleeves and/or collars so I found it pretty useless (for no gi).
At the end there are vids of him winning no gi matches witch is odd.
Does this guy have any training DvD?
He rocks a lot of his De La Riva, Reverse De La Riva, and Tornado guard over to no-gi.Quote:
