Grappling Topless

What do you guys think? Advantages, disadvantages, and overall take on the subject. More geared to competing in tourneys.

I think it should be referred to as grappling "shirtless". Anything else sounds like you're talking about girls in a strip club.

I spect he did it on purpose. And I also spect that i'm a fan of rashguards over topless. But i'm sure i could be dissuaded.

I guess no rashguard could reduce friction possible making head and arm choke escapes easier. I've never tried it, maybe I will one day.

Never competed ae, but i hate rolling with people who dont wear some sort of shirt to contain all the sweat!

Sweaty chest hair rubbing on your face when you try to get out from the mounted position... yeah I have to vote rashguard, but if you are training for mma, you might as well get used to it and train shirtless.

When I grapple, I always put my titties on.

Varies, I don't take my shirt off unless he duz. Not fair if he gets to be slick and sweaty and i don't . So Shirt unless he removes his.
