BASE, BASE, BASE. Don't get tied up with a bigger stonger opponent. Its the whole 3 legged table concept. Don't allow your base points to get taken from you without you being able to move and readjust your position. Don't ever get stationary. If you are on top you should constantly be pressing or moving from side control to northsouth to side control to mount. If the guy is to big ( you can't put your knees on the ground when you are in full mount) then mount is not really the best option for you because you don't have a base. Hope that helped a little
what are you getting swept with
dude happens to me to
higher belt levels its a 99.9% chance you'll end up on your back
so lets see
if your getting swept from there half guard
than work on passing half guard better
if your getting butterfly swept
learn how to do a billion variations and see what makes it work
than avoid the steps in getting caught
Ex. dont let them get there hooks in or get an over hook
get it?
good luck!
That question is as broad as the grand canyon.
Every position lol but i dont know anyways to get out other than reaching behind and pulling his legs off
But hes way stronger so i cant do anything all i basically do when i roll with him is hold on for life
Because wen i let go and try and sweep him he counters and subs me
Nobody is my size though
dont worry dude
find someone close
and do your best
if you ever roll in a tournament
you'll be the most experienced in rolling with stronger bigger dudes
its a win win situation
you got this!
Thx
pull guard.
nah but seriously, address any weaknesses to your base in different positions, work on passing, sweep counters. but bigger guys will obviously always have the strength advantage.
