finally im getting the hang of it.. yay
the one move i previously felt completely hopeless with, the one move that seemed like it would improve my game 100fold if i could get good at it, im finally getting the hang of it.. the toss from the armbar.
my problem is that im generally too hesitant to open my legs up and make alot of space, though i realized that once you get to the armbar, it is necessary to swing that head hooking leg wide to open up your hips and allow you to get back kick power with the body hooking leg to initiate the toss.
this is awsome, i could lock in alot more armbars then i allow myself to. i generally dont go for them if i know the person has a good stack. then later on id look at videos of eddie and see him tossing people around so easily even if they outweighted him and think wtf.. i need that in my game.
