"show me how you all will stop the duck out [from rubber guard"
I don't know but I have never had anyone 'duck out' of my rubber guard. I have gone from RG to low guard when someone explodes up for posture. But when that happens I still control the head and usually overhook an arm to maintain control of posture.
as far as i'm aware, people ducking out of someones rubber guard only means that the rubber guard is undeveloped and not tight enough. either that, or the guy on top is giving away a free armbar in the process and the guy in guard isnt accepting it.
When ever someone has tried ducking out, it has always made my RG deeper... Because I am now higher on them. But I agree that if your knee hug is weak and you have bad hips so that you can not go to armbar, then a duck out could be problematic.
Duckin out is the main way I and others get out of rg. You feel when he's static, then noodle out, fast. This is why the double bagger was implimented.
Neil's keg control has bin effective when people have sculpture esque posture. I need way more reps though.
whats the purpose of three finger grip over gable grip?
Double bagger. I did like some of his other techniques though. My problem with the grape vines is if he frees a leg which isn't all that hard he can pass or be in half guard ect
i like his cuff technique, the arm on the right side isnt being trapped though but if u have control over the head and are attacking the neck instead of the arm i guess it doesnt matter
looking forward to Neils triangle book
