Yea, I lol'd at that in shock when it was happening. Pretty technical entry for someone with no apparent ground game.

rolling omoplata off of the single leg. Ive been working that one alot lately...as i get older my sprawl gets slower and slower...thats my backup plan!!
Did anynone else notice he was using the lockdown and attempted the whip up a couple times too?
I noticed he had the lockdown in but I feel like it was unintentional because he never extended his legs or used it to his advantage in any way, that just happened to be where he put his legs.Quote:
