Competition picture would be better. How do you make an avatar anyway?

Go to settings and scroll to avatar pic. Download your pic. If file is to big. Open a free photobucket account and reduxe size it has to be no bigger than 300x300.

I don't really have action shots of me rolling. I will change avatar to kickboxing pic. You guys let me know what you think.

Thanks! And hell yeah I have a pro account. I also use Defense soap. Love that stuff! Haven't gotten ring worm ever and never got staph again after I started using it.
