Anyone planning on going?

I love this guy (in a pure platonic way offcourse ;-) ).

While I'm still in Europe and will be going to China next year, I have made myself a promise that when I set a foot on American soil, I'll take the shortest route to Valhalla Training Center to get my legs all tied up by him.

Great (and modest) guy, endorsed by Stephen Koepfer (head of the American SAMBO Association), so if you get the chance, go train with him, go do it.

1. Is this open to the "Public" or only 10th Planet Students/Members?
2. Is there a prerequisite skill level? e.g. intermediate to advanced only, or can any skill level benefit from this seminar?

Beginners can be tough training partners and also difficult on the instructor causing the pace of the class to suffer-

Just a reminder its this saturday guys/gals! Be there or get tapped via leg locks next tourny!!

So the plan is for me to come up on Saturday. I'm an early riser so the drive won't be that bad. I have a plan of things I want to go over but I'd love to know if there's anything specific you guys want to learn.

Would love to see your set of leg escapes as opposed to Gokor's. Sorry I couldn't make it to Ventura a couple months back btw. I'll be at this one though.

I will definitely be going over leg lock counters.

HI Mr. Mac Donald,
I wanted to thank you for coming out to do the leg lock seminar a couple weeks back.. It was interesting that one of the best fights on the ufc card that night had leg locks all over it(Belcher v. Palhares). Your knowledge of the game is outright insane! Looking forward to heading out to Santa Barbara to train with you and your guys. Glover is a lucky man to have you on his side.

Thanks Rick, I'll tell Jeff that next time I see him. LOL. I would like you to know I have been practicing the move you showed me and have managed to pull it off a few times.

Also go a chance to talk to the man himself this past weekend, Eddie Bravo, as we were both at the U MMA match. My guy was the match before Georgie Garcia managed to take the belt. Peace guys.
