Ive doubted both these fighters in the past but in my heart of hearts I think JDS demolishes Mir. Its gonna look like Mir/Carwin
I don't think Mir will be able get him down. But if JDS gets to aggressive he could get caught like his mentor. Frank doesn't leave much room for error when it comes to that. Nonetheless JDS TKO 2nd round for my prediction.

My buddy had this shirt made when after he went to the Cain vs. JDS fight in Californian, it said Junior Dos Santos: Delivering Knuckle Sandwiches in 60 seconds or less...
JDS retains the belt via vicious KO. Frank Mir was getting lit up on the feet in his last fight against Big Nog, before it went to the ground. I see JDS being able to keep the fight on the feet and finishing Mir fairly easily.
Like Rob said, Mir was having trouble with Nog's boxing prior to Nog's mistake of taking it to the ground. Well, with Cigano being much faster (and I'm assuming stronger since he has KO power), I don't think Mir will do very well in this fight.
Mir is a huge strong dude with great JJ, but I dont' think it's going to be enough to get the W.
Cigano by KO in round 1.
Hopefully it'll be a bit like the kongo fight !

i would like to see frank submit him, but i don't see that happening. jds won't play the jiu-jitsu game like big nog did. he's going to out box him and defend the take downs. i would love for frank to pull guard when he can't get the take down, but i doubt he'll do it. i just hope they come out swinging and don't waste the first round " feeling each other out " . if i hear that phrase or hear "respect" too much i'm going to be rolling my eyes.
