Advice that was given to me in my fight. Don't look your opponent in the eyes. Go hard dude, aggression will be your best friend, and stay calm.... if that makes any sense:cool:
at all costs break your opponent down or get up!! getting bombed on in guard blows.

Just got in from the fight, found out afterwoulds my guy was a ex polish powerlifting champion.
I controlled all 3 rounds with slams from the clinch against the cage and top position, he was slippery so he slid out of a few things i tried on the ground, landed a few good inside leg kicks that buckled him and in the last round i pulled a anderson silva and dropped my hands and made him miss 3 punches and then took him down off of it.
