man I was pumped when I saw this title. I thought "awsome more weapons for my summer of leg locks". thinking it was kneebar from HG bottom, my bread and butter. Crap,, I don't want to show this in class, bad enough that I show the buttock compressor, now this!!! My knees might not survive this summer... Thanks alot Chris. Good vid.
Your technique is soooooo awesome. I could watch you teach all day. :)
I've missed 2 good series since the camp, im bummed .Took two weeks to get rid of the ring worm on my face and now I'm in California til Sunday. Need to get back and work on lots of stuff
Cool stuff Chris. I had a machado brown belt try the inverted knee bar on me in Vegas. I kept enough pressure off to reverse him but I've been curious what he was trying to do.
Awesome! The best training videos on the web! Can't wait to get started!
Thanks guys!

Awesome as always Zog, this is where my game is right now and exactly what I've been looking for! But you laready knew that HA HA :D
Already(durp), and posted on GV Grapplers too!
Thanks for the vids!
Seems like you could easily transition to twister roll from high knee bar. Love it.
Awesome. Details,details,details :)
Awesome video. Thank you for sharing! Gotta rep this fo sho.
Cool, reminds me of some Gokor and Erik Paulson Sambo/ Catch stuff, though I like your detail about elevating the hip in the high kneebar, as well as the importance of having their ankle across your calf and not in the put of your knee for the reverse kneebar.
Paulson shows some toehold options in this vid from a few years ago, setting up the high kneebar from an armlock escape.
