Thanks for the vid. The first BJJ book I purchased was a Royler book. It did not show a technigue for it but had an ADCC pic of him using it, and I have looked a that pic 1000 times and never occured to try it, having near zero leg lock game. Now with my mindset completely changed, I will definatly ad this to my "summer of leg locks". Thanks a ton.

Was it the Royler and Renzo book? My first BJJ book too.

This footlock is a lot like one of Victor Estima's variations

I will post the other two top leglocks next week and then i will post the number 4 and 5 best of all time. These are a mixture of technigues from what i learned from training with Gokor Chivichyan, Dean lister, and from watching thousands of japanese pancrase fights...for the weekend do yourself a favor and study one of the top leg lock masters of all time ...the Brazilian master Cacareco....hes literally tapped everybody...

Its not reaping the knee so white belts should be able to do it.

Sigh… but it looks like white AND blues can’t leg lock at all at Gracie worlds, including straight ankle…. Does anyone know if electric chair and banana split are legal, as groin submissions aren’t listed. If so, is this at all levels?
