Question about weigh-ins for Gracie worlds?

Question about weigh-ins for Gracie worlds?

Can/does nogi weigh in Friday to compete Sunday? That’s kind of screwy if so isn’t it? Can anyone find out?

I had this question to. My perception is that you can weigh on Friday and you compete on sunday

I had the same question so I asked Eddie and he asked Rose who said yes weigh in on Fri and compete Sunday.

Wow there are gonna be some huge dudes if they don't compete till two days later.

Makes my cut to 205 more realistic.

Better rehydration will be awesome

You can weigh in Friday, Saturday or even Sunday :)

Nice I should be able to put at least 15 back on.

Like I said, some big fucking dudes at this tournament. I would even go down to 145 and I am pretty 175 right now. But I feel like that would still be small.

This does not make me happy as I am 130 and the bottom weigh division is 134.9. Whatever, I’m looking forward to choking some Hulk-like 135er. :)

does anybody know if it would be possible to change weight classes. i was confused about how weigh ins were gonna work so i signed up for 170 but i really only weigh 168ish and think it would prolly be smart for me to cut to 155.

I would think if you emailed them you could change it. Its well before the deadline so I dont see how it would be a problem
