Man! I love Jason Scully. That has a veritable metric shit ton of videos that I've gotten ideas from! Its just making that time to do the drills!
I lack grappling partner's ...So I use this drill daily!!!
I use this pretty regular myself
I always warm like this in some way. I try to fluidly transition through the movements rarely repping any move multiple times in a row. I would also incorperate the 360 neck bridges in both directions in this. It was def good tho.
O yea, I practice spiral guard in my door frame :cool:
Every day
I combined all of these into one solid workout routine. And like my instructor above I do some combination of them everyday
daily I have to use some as a warm up / range of motion stretch these days or my old ass seize's up completely.
There's some new ideas there I'll use now too
looks like 90% of the stuff we do for warm ups at the club, add some partner body weight exercises, big tires, and kettle bells and its the first half hour at my gym. followed by an hour of technique and rolling :)
