Hey guys, this is TOTALLY non-jits/mma related but we always talk about needing a sound body and MIND. Here's a little test I found to figure out your brain age :) http://www.freebrainagegames.com. Make sure you do all the tests and not just the memory one :), there are like 5 quick quizes. Stew going sub-30 ...nice!

I've tried 2 other times and can't beat 23
I got a 22 the first time and 24 the second. So I'll go with 23 and call it a day. (I'm 34)
I was really high and got 46 but I'm only 23, better eat some more fruits and vegetables.
48 and I'm 50. Those stars drove me nuts, almost choked out my lap top.
67 high out of my mind, I am 25 and far as I know I got the high score!
