I like the way he sets up the s mount by bringing the guy up to their side. It's the same entry Brandon Mccaghren taught us to get into the monoplata. So it's like, ok, now I'm here. Depending on the level of resistance, I can either go for the monoplata, or go to s mount.

That's the how I do arm bars from the bottom, never thought to do it from the mount, thank you Vinny, gonna ad that to the system asap :)
