10th Planet East Coast Training Camp 2 *HUGE NEWS*!!

I just got off the phone with Eddie, he will be here at our 2nd East Coast Training Camp! Not only will the Maestro be here but he will be launching his new promotion WSOC "World Submission Only Championships"(Eddie credits both Javi Vasquez and Rose Gracie with the concept) This will be in the form of a 16 man Submission Only Tournament. Eddie will be making a video soon explaining the promotion, rules, etc. There will be a cash prize for the winner of the event this time, which will based on attendance of the training camp. Specifics will be coming shortly. Mark your calendars camp is scheduled for Friday Oct 19th-Sunday21st!

16 man tournament, submission only, no overtime round this time, if there's no sub in 15 minutes both combatants are eliminated. $250 cash prize if there is under 75 attendees at the seminar. $500 if there is 75 or more, and a $1000 cash prize if there is 100 or more attendees. No cash for second or third, winner take all. 155 pound weight class, weigh in 1 hour before tournament starts. All subs legal. Open to all levels, all belt rankings. This is gonna be mad entertaining :)

The first camp was absolutely great, and there is no way I'm missing the second one. Maybe this time I can get some of the other local Ronin to nut up and make the drive.

Dunno if this was already mentioned but what's the cost to participate in the training camp? I want to immediately set aside enough dough for plane tickets + hotel + camp fee + some cold weather apparel. Thanks! :D

I'm stoked. We are looking at tix now. :) I'll also be in Rochester the following week for work...that's alright by me...more training time. :)
