I was graciously given the opportunity to attend a Clark Gracie seminar gi and nogi. What really was cool was the nogi portion contained some transitions to pyramid to omaplata. I also learned some very cool stuff about the crucifix. Unfortunately no video was allowed. Maybe I could film myself showing the techniques if no one minds.
