There is a shortage of guard pulling videos on the internet. Wish there was more of them or a Paul Sass instructional or something. Pulling guard using a wrestling shot is harder than it looks

I think in a grappling competition pulling guard off a shot/throw gives your opponent two points, so it kind of negates the advantage of pulling guard
As long as you initiate the contact then you can pull guard without losing points.
