What an awesome seminar this weekend. It was so great to get to meet and train with so many of you guys from the forum. Chris Herzog and Jeremy Arel both taught so many incredible techniques and are really cool guys. Going out and watching the UFC card was a great time too. Thanks again to Jeremy and Jon for the letting me ride down with them. :)
It was a great weekend. I'm so glad I got to go. Lots of good roll time with everybody and plenty of good material from the instructors. I already knew Herzog was a great teacher, so you know his part of the seminar was great. But it was super impressed by Jeremy Arel and his teaching style, too. He's a very gifted teacher. I actually got my favorite technique from him while we were rolling. He tweaked an escape for me that is gonna be world changing.
Thanks to Kendall for putting it together and letting us stay at his house!
Hellllll ya! Great great weekend. I'm glad all of you could come! My house smells like stinky bastards now, but it was well worth it!
