So here is a interesting video I found on the sherdog grappling forums and thought it might be way useful for you guys here. Interesting concept on the Omoplata being more of position rather then a submission. Was a mind opener for me and in hindsight my experiences with it and the DvDs from Marcelo, Eddie, and others hinted at that but it took this dude just openly saying to get me thinking about it. Hope this helps you guys out on making it more of a submission!

Haha hey man! This Gerbil cat seemed pretty legit. I wouldn't be dissing the man's technique otherwise he might jump out of your shadow and smoke ya! I'm sure someone will 'eventually' figure it out. I heard there was this new thing called 'underhooks'. Was planning on studying it tomorrow night and every night after. The process might be arduous but given enough time I'll be able to crack the code and see the way of such things.
I'll let you all know in a few months time what insight I've learned! It will revolutionize the grappling game!

It's really strange for me to watch techniques being taught in a Gi.
