Hey guys is there anyone that can help me with my 10th planet Mexico City logo. I have it in jpeg but need it in Vector. Or make another in a different style as long as its in vector. Anyone who can help a brother out or have a contact let me know. Thanks!
I think Jay Chow is the dude to contact. If not I can shoot the info for the guy how does all my logos.
where is the graphic and what is the original format or what program was the jpg made in? i can play with it in my 3dsmax vector program or in illustrator. what do you need in vector, the letters or the entire graphic? i'm just trying to think of the common questions i ask when ppl hit me up for graphics work. where can i see it?Quote:

How big are you looking to make it? I'm assuming if you want it in vector you're trying to enlarge it. I've got it to about 16 inches wide and it's blurring a bit. I may be able to get it clearer if I know how big it needs to be.

ok i'm finishing up some pics from an mma event should be done in an hour or so and will play with some things for you and post em up in here and see if i'm on the right trail at all.
I'll give it a shot as well. Just finished our hotbox logo. May take me a couple of days but I should have a couple options by the weekend

buy the gear yourself and take it to a tshirt shop and have it done there...hard to see detail but these are our shirts with the logo i made with no problems having lots of detail. Just depends what you if you like your original logo you can get it without being a vector.

I design up all my stuff in photoshop to size thing is with vectors there important cause they can be blown up as big as needed without distortion. Well a rasterzied image can only be shrunk down so i make all my images very large like 20"x30" then usually i just save it as an eps from photoshop so that whoever can print them even though its not a true vector. But the guy i work for that does t shirts sent in the image to some online company and then got sent back a premade image ready to be heat transferred on. Ummmm that was kinda long and not to point lol to do it basically you would need an image made to size and a heat press and the printed vinyl to transfer onto the shirt pretty much any sign shop or tshirt shop should be able to do this.

a good heat press can run a couple hundred thats the first place to start. but yea i have designed a couple different shirts i am used to screen printing so i'm pretty new to viynl so I'm yet to know everything there is about it.
The problem is the graphic inside the circle. Since we only have a JPEG, it cannot be stretched to be used for banners, flyers, signs, etc.. We would need the "vector" version or replace it with whatever we can closely match. The letters and color scheme are not a problem.
he was only looking for it to be put on a patch so the 7.9"x5.1" should be fine for that no resizing to make any larger should be fine

I tried to make a vector of the image from the jpg and it just ends up too blurry. I can recreate the text no problem but the planet in the background fuzzes really bad at 13 x 9. Anybody else have any ideas? I have the full Adobe CS6 suite so tools aren't the issue. Maybe I'm missing something that I just haven't learned yet.
