What else do you do?
What else do you guys do for BJJ that isn't BJJ. Like supplements, strength and conditioning, kettle bell, yoga, body weight, crossfit, olympic lifting, running with a bag on your shoulder in your yard whatever it is. I am trying to diversify my training to aide in when I begin BJJ again, I have recently added yoga back into my routine, anyone else do yoga for flexibility? Any other opinions/advice would be great.

I rotate my kettle bell workouts. The 300 workout to extreme kettle bell workout ever other workout. Also at the end of the kettle bell work out I do a mix of about 15 mins of club bell and bulgarian bag workouts. Then 10 rounds 30 seconds on 20 seconds off with battle ropes.

I've never heard of this until now thanks for sharing, reading up on it, it seems great to add mass.

I take Alpha Brain and Shroomtech Sport from Onnit. Kettlebells and yoga mostly. I haven't really fallen into a routine and I think that's a good thing because I never get bored, I just try to have fun no matter what.

Thanks for your input.
For supplements I am currently taking:
Soy Protein Shake
Maximum Greens by GNC
L-Glutamine
Multi-Vitamin
Vit-C
Vit-D3
Glucosamine/Chondroitin
Fish Oil

kettle bells, body weight exercises... weed
thinking of adding in peptides igf-lr and peg-mgf. There legal and available online and when you take them your body forms new muscle cells instead of stretching existing muscle cells.
You only create new muscle cells by working out until puberty... damn you legend of zelda
