My daughter is 5 and watches us roll all the time. The other day she asked if I could teach her, anybody have any ideas on a good lesson plan for kids that young?

Just play, I think at that age you just have to get them used to rolling around, throw in a couple moves for fun

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. Any moves specifically? I was thinking this might be a good defense from a "stranger" kind of thing too.

If you haven't seen the Gracie Bullyproof stuff you need to get it ASAP. My kids love it.

Like Louis always do with the kids, make them pass the guard and pratice staying in front of the opponent

I shot this last night with my daughter who turns 8 in 2 months. We use the Gracie Bullyproof program. I also put her in Gracie Bullyproof camp earlier this year and the year before as well, at the Gracie Academy in Torrance under Rener Gracie. Great program with high quality instruction.

That's pretty cool Ric. I'm very impressed with her knowledge. The only technique my daughter knows is how to shove her fist into the other kid's neck. :)
