so you're able to lock together the reverse triangle with both his arms inside? is this similar to what ben saunders was using in one of his fights? it's an amazing setup. i'd like to see you break it down for us, as it's very different from anything i'm doing there. super effective.

Yeah he locks it in with both arms in. Fuckin sucks to be put in and hes got that dialed in.

Thanks Brandon. i do it a few different ways but its easiest to get new york then kick the leg up to crack head control then use your mission control hand to pull your mission control leg down to sink in that triangle . you need to be over both shoulders with your legs to have real control. at that point you can take your mission control hand out and attack his pretty much helpless arms with both of your hands on my youtube channel i have a near perfect example. the title of the video is Arm Bar for Gold.
