No this one was started before ammy mma was legal in Ny, and its a solid show for ammys to get started so we continue to support it.
josh kicked ass in all aspects of that fight, almost had that anaconda!
Love it that you still support them. I have just heard from other people that have fought outside of Michigan that we have pretty relaxed rules as that we can strike a downed opponent we don't wear no protective gear besides mouthpiece, gloves, cup. I do like the format of that though very cool and great work and congrats to Josh and Rob.
The Team Empire presence was powerful at the event. It says a lot for Coach Zog and Wally MacDonald that their fighters have such huge support.
FFL is a nice "get you feet wet" event, Ryan Ciatoli and Dave Maclean had a great idea, and I am seriously jealous that there was nothing like it when I was young enough to want to be punched in the face for fun.
Brings a tear to my eye. Seriously, the only things I miss about Rochester right now are my friends, family, and team empire. Awesome work.
